Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Payment via PayPal or ProPay is due within two days of listing's end. Please be aware that PayPal takes three to five business days to complete eCheck transfers. If your PayPal payment is drafted from your checking account via eCheck, your payment will take a few days to clear prior to shipping. 
I ship merchandise quickly--most items are sent within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Packages are sent the same day whenever possible. Please be aware that in addition to postage, shipping charges may reflect the costs of packaging materials such as tape, tissue paper/padding and labels as well as boxes (other than the USPS Priority Mail boxes) and insurance (either through the USPS, UPS, or Auctiva/U-PIC). I will gladly combine the shipping charge for multiple item purchases. Please let me know when you have finished shopping and I will provide you with an invoice.
My practice is to accept returns within three days of receipt by buyer. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, please contact me as soon as you are able.
